The Rainbow Diet: Healing With Color | Dr. Deanna Minnich

How colorful are you? Are there colors that you would never wear? Are there colors that you would never eat in your diet, or you just don’t find yourself eating in your diet? Prepare to have your mind blown on today’s episode when you dive into color, how different colors are connected to different organs in your body, the rainbow diet, and how color is an integral part of your being.

This week, health educator, researcher, and author, Dr. Deanna Minich, was on the show with me. Dr. Minich has over 20 years of experience in nutrition, mind-body health, and functional medicine. Her passion is bringing forth a colorful, whole self-approach to nourishment, and bridging the gaps between science, soul, and art in medicine. Her most recent book is called The Rainbow Diet: A Holistic Approach to Radiant Health Through Foods and Supplements.

In this podcast episode…

Deanna shares how color relates to different energy centers in the body, how color relates to food with the rainbow diet, how we can tell what colors that we need more of in our body, in our life, and why color is so important.

Last week Jay Pryor shared why leaning inside is the way to gain more happiness, inner peace, abundance, and more. Jay was kind enough to share his personal life experience in a very open and honest way so we can understand his journey. What did you take away from Jay’s episode? Check out last week’s episode to find out more!

Also, don’t forget to listen to the end of the episode for this week’s new take action item!
