I have a lot of gratitude for what today’s guest is about to share with you. She is going to be sharing about speaking to spirit, calling on greater guidance, and how we can be more connected. The reason I feel so grateful is that life has it’s fair share of ups and downs, opportunities for growth, and times we get called up to trust ourselves or something greater than ourselves. Things aren’t always easy. You might find a few new perspectives on life and even some things you may have or are experiencing.
This week, I had Shamanic healer, Bloom Post on the show. She has been speaking to spirit and receiving intuitive and energetic information since childhood. As she grew up she felt drawn to shamanism and indigenous cultures. Her first teacher taught her how to use her abilities to heal herself and to empower others to self heal.
Bloom has extensively studied things such as forming a deeper connection with nature, connecting with spirit guides and animal totems, stalking her power, shape-shifting, cloaking and invisibility, energetic and psychic protection and more. Her work has evolved over the almost two decades she has been a healer, and she has traveled to many countries working with teachers such as an Appalachian Seer, Native American elders, Maestro Ayahuasceros, Buddhist monks and nuns, and Hindu Swamis.
In this podcast…
about speaking to spirit, Bloom shares about the power of ceremony, how we can integrate our experiences, and how to live in reciprocity with the planet and each other.
Last week Christine Garvin shared about the intersection of dance and holistic health, steps to start accepting and honoring our bodies, and how to create more joy and love! Check out last week’s episode to find out more!
