To say that I am excited would be an understatement. It is my absolute pleasure and honor to welcome you to The Soul Frequency Show!  I am Shana Lee, Frequency Alchemist, Personal Coach, Mom, Wife, and a modern day woman living a mystical life.

I created this show with the intention to share deeply with you. When I was growing up, people always told me I was too deep, and too sensitive. Of course, this made me feel different on the inside. Sure, I tried everything I could to fit in on the outside. I did an okay job at it, but I couldn’t escape being “too” this or “too” that. So, I did what so many people do. I tried to hide my depth, my open heart, and the unique ways in which I saw people and the world.

I continued on this way until I had a powerful life experience several years ago. That experience showed me that the things I was trying to hide were actually the things I most needed to be sharing. This experience was so powerful that it changed the course of my life and how I was showing up in the world. I made the decision to start telling the truth powerfully, to have the courage to live my life in alignment with my truth, and to share this journey in hopes that it inspires others to do so as well.

Plain and simple, it feels good to be all that you are with no apology and no hiding.

This is an interesting, exciting and sometimes difficult time in history to be living on good ole’ planet Earth. I am going to be sharing why this time in history is so crucial and how raising your frequency can send out positive ripple effects that will literally change the experience of your life in the most beautiful ways.
