Peace | Shanna Lee

What Is Peace?  We’re into the new year, and it’s time to look to the upcoming months and make plans for who we want to become in 2020.

Well, one of the quickest and coolest ways that we can shift our frequency in the new year is to release things with old energy. We’re talking about cleaning out the closet!

What we treasured in the past carries energetically who we were in the past. When we pick up that dress we wore once—and we KNOW we will never wear again—we’re reminded of the space we were in.

Peace is the absence of all that noise from the past. It allows you to follow through on your goals, with plenty of room for more! Peace creates boundless patience and energy and strength through difficult times.

That’s what this episode is all about. When we clean out what no longer helps us grow, then we’re not weighed down by stuff we don’t need, let go of the millions of conflicting directions in our minds—and we can start to fly!

Join me in this episode as I talk about how you can create more peace for your own personal growth in the upcoming year. I’m waiting for you on the other side of that play button. Let’s go!
