My guest in this episode is Lana Nelson, author of The Food Codes: Intuitive Eating for Every Body. Lana journeyed with chronic pain, fatigue, and the garden variety of ailments that so many people deal with. Through her determination to find the cause and solution, she’s turned it into her life’s work. It turns out the solution was food.

Today, Lana teaches people how to heal themselves with food. She’s a certified Emotion and Body Code Consultant, and she’s developed an easy technique to help anyone discover what foods are really good for them personally. In her work, she uses emotional clearing and energy healing techniques, as well as quantum biofeedback technology. She’s a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master Teacher.
