Today on The Soul Frequency I wanted to revisit a really inspiring conversation I had with the lovely Mary Morrissey from a couple of years ago. I think we are always in need of a little reminder that with the right thought patterns our dreams can become realities, which is why I wanted to re-share this episode.

For the past forty years Mary has been studying, applying and then coaching thousands of people worldwide on how to transform their businesses and personal lives. Her program, DreamBuilder, teaches people the art and science of creating their dreams. In her work she discusses frequency and how to shift your energy to attract the things you desire into your life.
