From Devastation to Rebirth | Sara Avant Stover

It’s so important to understand this time we are living in and all the transformations we are going through. Any time you experience difficulty or challenges, it leads to lessons, greater knowledge, and, ultimately, a rebirthing process. There is nothing more beautiful than coming out of a life experience and feeling like you have something to share.

I’m so excited to have my guest, Sara Avant Stover, on today’s episode. Sara is an author, certified internal family systems practitioner, and teacher/mentor of women’s spirituality and entrepreneurship. Her work integrates Buddhism, embodiment, and psychology and has uplifted the lives of countless women worldwide.

Sara is here to discuss her latest book, Handbook for the Heart Broken: A Woman’s Path from Devastation to Rebirth.

In this conversation, we discuss the stages of heartbreak and how to heal from it. We start by hearing Sara’s story and the lessons she learned before discussing the nonlinear nature of healing, what unhealed heartbreak can do to our soul, and the importance of surrendering to healing.

I hope you find something in today’s episode. I’ll see you here next week.
