1. What sucks about your life?
It seems like a funny place to start in the world of LOVE + TRUTH, but let’s get right down to the nitty gritty and get it out on the table. As you look at the items on your list, know that the things that suck in your life are not your soul’s truth, but they are a great starting point on your road to free your soul.
2. What is off the charts awesome in your life?

4. What has caused you disappointment throughout your life?
Disappointment happens to the best of us, but it doesn’t have to rule your life and it doesn’t have to determine your future pathway. List all the times you have experienced disappointment. Is there a pattern? Can you manage your expectations to experience less disappointment in the future?
5. What needs to change?
We all need to make changes from time to time. Reflect honestly on your current situation and determine where you need to make changes. This could be something completely minor, or it could be major. If it lightens your soul just thinking about it, you’ll know it is a change that is worthwhile to make.
6. What are you afraid to admit to yourself?
It is hard to face the truth, especially when it comes from within. Rather than hiding from what your soul is telling you – why not listen? Get comfortable and really listen to what you have been afraid to admit to yourself – you may discover new opportunities for positive change and free your soul.
7. Who doesn’t belong in your life?
While it may seem harsh, sometimes the best thing you can do is determine who does and who doesn’t belong in your life. Be honest with yourself and make a conscious choice to include only those who energetically lift you up, inspire you, and motivate you towards becoming the best version of you.
8. When was the last time you laughed hysterically? What were you doing?

9. What is the one thing you could do for the rest of your life and never get tired of it?
When most people answer this question, they think back to their childhood where they probably spent a lot of time on a hobby, skill, activity, or even sport which captivated them body and soul. 17. What do you believe about money?
This is a huge question, but one that cannot be overlooked. We learn about money from an early age, so early, in fact, that we can’t distinguish what are our beliefs and what are simply beliefs we’ve learned from others. 19. What do you believe about relationships?

You have the power to set the future in motion and free your soul. Which kind of future will you choose for yourself? Make a list of the things your future self will experience, feel, and believe. How will you change in order to make this happen?
Ultimate soul freedom
Hopefully, these questions have opened up some interesting internal discussions – which they should do. Most of these questions trigger the soul to prompt a response, so listen to what your body is trying to tell you. If you get an idea and try to force it, consider for a moment that this may be a sign of something that needs your attention. Work through this entire list, and you will feel a lightness that only comes when you free your soul from the burdens of unresolved problems. What could be better than that?
