  • 2 1/2 cups crushed ice cubes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup organic pineapple juice
  • Stevia to taste; optional
  • Pineapple slices for garnishing; optional


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with pineapple slices.

All fruit is at its peak nutrient values when harvested.  So, the fresher the fruit, the more nutrients will be present to nourish the body.  Enjoy sipping on this sweet and wholesome treat!
