So let’s talk about what you can’t say in life. There are a lot of things we think and feel that we don’t verbalize, perhaps out of fear of rejection, or fear of hurting someone’s feelings, or fear of it being held against us later. This means that so much of our truth we feel like we can’t express. Yet, we’re moving into a time on this planet where we are being pushed to speak up because we need to move this energy from our mind and body systems. So this week’s episode of The Soul Frequency is all about healthy communication and how to better express ourselves in our relationships. In this conversation, I talk about the commentary others put on the words they hear, how best to communicate with others, and the value of expressing yourself.
