There is so much healing energy out there for us right now, so this week on The Soul
Frequency I wanted to dive a little deeper into that energy and update you all on my healing journey. Whether we are healing emotionally, physically, or spiritually, there are certain promises we need to make with ourselves in order to heal. In this conversation we discuss the belief systems that hold us back, how to maintain balance in our life, the importance of support structures, and what these support structures can teach us. Healing is not a linear process and so it’s important to ask yourself if you are ready to heal, and if so, what steps are you going to take? We also discuss staying embodied and how to maintain this support
structures even after we have healed.
