This week on The Soul Frequency, we are talking about innocence. We live in a world that comes with many challenges. We live in a density and reality where we contend with a myriad of things, some of which are difficult. In today’s episode, we discuss living in an emotional-based reality, and how we are never really taught how to process our emotions. We visit stories from my life, and the lessons I have learned from becoming a mother. We also chat how media aimed at children slowly chips away at their innocence through darker themes, and discuss if this is really necessary. Finally, we touch on how losing our innocence as children impacts our lives as adults.

“So much of what is going on in the planet right now, is a healing of some of these wounds. We are healing the traumas and the ways we have lost our innocence throughout our lives, and we are restoring some of our core self. We’re asking, who am I as a soul, and how do I build my life and my belief systems around who I am, and not the things that have happened to me?”
