In our last sessions episode of 2021 I wanted to go through all the things I have learned this year and the insights I have gained. I gather so much from the work I am honored to do, meaning I’m often reflecting on all the goodness in this life. 2021 has come with its challenges but also with many blessings, so in today’s episode I thought I would bring you into my world and share my thoughts on yet another beautiful year. We learn many things in 365 days, but today’s episode focuses on the main three lessons I personally learned in 2021. We discuss learning to land after a bad experience, the importance of living outside the rules, and the plain beauty in the different ways people process information.
