Recently I heard Jesse Itzler discuss the 18-minutes a day method, where you choose a task and perform it for 18 minutes every day for an entire year. Studies have shown that by doing this, you will be 95% better than most people who do this task. It doesn’t mean you’ll be famous or a professional, but you will become a somewhat master of it. I heard this and thought, I love this, and I want to see the shifts that will happen if I do this.
In this conversation, I talk about my experience with this 18 minutes a day commitment. I discuss my choice of task, what it felt like in the early days, how it feels now, and the results I am seeing. Then finally, I discuss the joy this brings and how fun it is to be the master of something.
I highly recommend you give this a try, and of course, I’ll see you all here next week.
