Today on The Soul Frequency I sat down with the wonderful Christina Rice, to talk all things manifestation and how to master it.

Christina is an intuitive channel, celebrity energy healer, founder of Ahai 7D Energy Healing, and author of Manifestation Mastery: How to Shift Your Reality & Co-Create with the Universe. Christina also hosts the Christina The Channel podcast. Christina didn’t believe in spirituality or manifestation until she reached her breakthrough point after battling multiple chronic diseases. Her health battles led her to discover energy healing and her intuitive gifts. At the age of 25 she had fully healed and now runs a seven-figure business with the help of divinely channelled messages, energy work, brain rewiring, manifestation, and her background as a functional nutrition therapy practitioner.

In this conversation Christina and I talk all about her journey into manifestation, her book, how she channeled the Monarch Being during her writing process, and how to identify when you are ignoring your soul and following your ego.
