The concept of ‘living the dream’, what does it actually mean? What is ‘the dream’? ‘The dream’ is unique to each one of us, and we need to define it for ourselves. We are often told that spiritual awakening is all cherries and daffodils and that it’s easy, but that’s not necessarily the case. Achieving your dream life isn’t always simple, but once it unfolds, it’s truly extraordinary. But it’s obvious that not everyone is living their dream life. That’s why in this week’s episode of The Soul Frequency I sat down with the wonderful Tiffany Paul, to learn more about her journey to her dream life, and what we can learn from her story.

Tiffany is a former unfulfilled corporate employee turned serial entrepreneur. She is the host of The Dream Life Podcast and the founder of the Slept Life, a curated sleep marketplace that empowers you to get to bed. She currently resides in Southern California where she chases her big dreams.

In this conversation we talk about backing yourself when chasing your dreams and the fears that come up when making big changes. We discuss how the corporate dream of a large salary, or the family dream of a partner and children isn’t always fulfilling. We chat about returning to our authentic selves, and allowing ourselves to play in order to feel truly happy.
