‘Tis the season of snowmen, snowflakes….and stress? It is a merry and happy time of year and yet, there can be some real stressors. Lets face it, stress is impacting us every day of the year in more ways than we probably realize. Let’s learn how to stop stressing.

Stress today is at record high levels and impacts our digestion, our physical body as a whole, our emotions and our mind.  There is not one part of us that is not being impacted by stress and it is time to start figuring out how to alleviate it.

This week, I had Megan Buer, Emotion Code Practitioner and reiki healer on the show.  After suffering from years with anxiety, panic disorder, chronic stress, food intolerances, adrenal fatigue, and an auto-immune disease, she went on a journey to health – spending over 10 years researching, experimenting, and finally figuring out all the unique tools she needed to naturally heal herself.


She shares various energy healing techniques with her clients to release stress happening in the moment and stress from negative events in the past.  During this episode, she teaches a technique to alleviate stress the moment it is occurring.

This is the last episode of 2017 and I want to thank you for tuning in each week to raise the frequency in your life and create the experiences you want to be having.
