Homemade Chicken Fingers

There’s nothing like the smell of savory chicken fingers baking in the oven. Whether you are a kid at heart or you have kiddos of your own, chicken fingers are a favorite in many homes. The flaky and crunchy outside is the perfect compliment to the fresh, juicy organic chicken inside. It’s a taste of sweet childhood nostalgia and a tasty lunch or dinner all packed into one!

This dish is perfect for those long-day’s nights when you want to avoid slaving over the stove – an ideal meal for easy preparation without much fuss or mess to clean up afterwards.

How To Stop Emotional Eating

Homemade Chicken Fingers are also a great alternative for those who want to steer clear of the endless amounts of preservatives found in boxed and frozen brands. Have you ever seen the ingredients list on store-bought breaded chicken? It’ll make you wonder how they can fit so many things into those little fingers and nuggets!

These little guys brag only a few simple ingredients; and much tastier ones, to boot. It can be ridiculously easy to cook and eat fresh foods, and this recipe is the perfect start if you’re looking to turn the corner on pre-prepared foods and open the door to fresh, wholesome ingredients.

Battered with almond meal flour, Homemade Chicken Fingers are the perfect gluten-free meal option, as well.

This recipe is full of nutrients, such as high-quality protein and healthy saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids. The egg alone has disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin (as well as the obvious protein and B2 benefits).

No one can resist a home-cooked meal, and these babies put the golden arches to shame. Who needs all those preservatives, grease, and fast-food grime anyways?

Convenient Healthy Food

For convenient, quick lunches, make a large batch of fingers, toss them in an airtight container after cooling, and freeze them for future meals. Serve with High Vibe Ketchup or organic honey, and you have yourself a tasty, juicy, finger-licking high-frequency meal!
