High Vibe Ketchup Recipe

There is nothing like ketchup to bring back memories of childhood.  Whether it was a hot dog dipped in it, French fries smothered in it, or a cheeseburger topped with it; ketchup is a favorite American condiment.  Some would like to believe it is somewhat healthy, since it is made from tomatoes and is a classic household staple. But, the truth of the matter is that commercial ketchup is anything but health-conscious, and actually has some potentially harmful ingredients.

This is the list of ingredients on a popular ketchup brand: tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high-fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavoring. Eeek!

First off, natural flavoring is anything but natural. It is an umbrella term used to describe a chemical that was originally found in a naturally-occurring source.  This pretty much means some sort of plant or animal byproduct that has been processed so much that it can no longer be listed on labels.  And certainly, high-fructose corn syrup is no bueno.

So, on to better and healthier options with High Vibe Ketchup!

This healthy, tasty alternative will drown out toxic commercial ketchups with its healthy high-frequency vibe. High Vibe Ketchup has wholesome whole food ingredients including cloves, spices, sea salt, cinnamon, mustard and more.
