  • I loved this chat... so much that resonated with me. Only recently have I fully grasped that I don't need to spend time with people who don't feel good to be around. That's the first powerful message I received from you.. I was getting it, but wasn't entirely sure about the why. And about having those habits. I know that when I get up in the morning, and my body is hurting, I go into my little gym and do a 10 minute workout, and there is no more pain, and lots and lots of energy, stability within my being and lots of higher vibrational feelings. Somehow, once I've arrived at that place where there is no longer any pain, I tend to quit doing those daily, early morning sessions, and maybe not do them at all. You've let me know why those early morning habits are important, and I'll commit to getting down on the floor in my extra bedroom at 6:00 am henceforth, as I know how and why I feel better when I do, and it's important to continue doing this for the next 40 years...
