Healthy Brownie Recipe For Your Chocolate Fix

A healthy brownie recipe is a true treasure. (After all, the words “healthy” and “brownie” don’t often go together.) Chocolate is a beautiful thing and no one should live without it! That’s my take, at least. These scrumptious brownies will help you get your chocolate fix while still fueling your body with important nutrients. It’s a win-win!

But we’ve all heard the laments against these tempting goodies; their addicting and cavity-inducing qualities, their high-sugar content, their weight impact, etc. Rest assured, that brownies don’t have to be a guilty pleasure treat. It is possible to cut out the low vibration, processed food in traditional brownie recipes and opt for a fresher, healthier way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Your grandma’s recipe might be revered, but modern times call for more practical and conscious food practices.

The surprising secret ingredient in Be Beautiful Brownies is black beans, which gives you a good dose of fiber and healthy fats in the tastiest way imaginable. In addition, black beans lower cholesterol and lessen the risk of heart disease. For such a heart-smart food, it’s truly surprising just how good these brownies are!

Full of fiber and protein, this recipe is also packed with nutrients such as:

  • Vitamin C,
  • Vitamin B6,
  • potassium,
  • manganese,
  • fiber,
  • copper,
  • biotin,
  • and magnesium.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the fact that chocolate itself is rich in antioxidants, is yet another heart-healthy food, fights inflammation, and lowers blood pressure. Of course, it’s preferable to opt for unsweetened chocolate whenever possible, relying instead on the sweet, gooey goodness of the sun-ripened dates rather than overloading your system with processed sugars. There’s no risk of guilty eating when you use high-vibration, fresh, nutritious ingredients to sweeten your life. The only thing you’re likely to be guilty of with this treat is doubling the batch!

Needless to say, by partaking in this treat, you enjoy far more nutrients than most Standard American dinners contain. The nutrient-rich, sweet dates also raise the vibration of the brownies, proving that your desserts can serve a greater purpose than pleasure alone.
