Cranberry Citrus Sparkling Punch
It’s not so much what we eat as how it’s made. Virtually any food, including so-called junk foods, can be made in a healthier, more conscious way, with ingredients that heal and nourish the body. You can imagine that when it comes to drinking alcohol, the same applies. If that’s not good news, I don’t know what is!
Certain alcoholic beverages have been proven to have health benefits when enjoyed periodically. Of course, consistent overuse can prove to be challenging for the liver and can lead to dehydration (amongst many other health issues). The trick is enjoy in moderation and to reach for the healthiest versions of your favorite libations.
Cranberry Citrus Punch is a tasty, easy drink that is festive, light, and fun. To protect your body from the processes of conventional wine-making, opt for Dry Farm Wines. This brand curates only the highest quality natural wines from small, organic family farms that meet their strict standard of health. These wines are sugar-free, low in sulfites, low in alcohol, mycotoxin/mold-free, contain no additives, dry-farmed, organic or biodynamic, old vines (35-100 yrs), hand harvested, wild native yeast, small production, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, keto-friendly, low carb-friendly, and mouthwateringly delicious. Sounds pretty great, right?!
You can choose to replace the wine with sparkling water and add additional juice if you’re looking for a non-alcoholic twist to this recipe, concocting an effervescent refreshment for all ages!
