Baked Cinnamon Apples | Healthy Holiday Recipe

Baked apples are a Christmas treat, but they don’t have to be bad for you. Do away with the guilt of enjoying family favorites with my Baked Cinnamon Apples recipe. They will warm your tummy up on even the coldest day.

Baked Cinnamon Apples are a sweet treat handily packed with all the nutrients your body needs to ward off colds and flus. They will help you keep your skin radiant and healthy as you enjoy the festive season.

We celebrate apples for their beneficial nutritional profile, and have for many years. They are a good source of vitamin C, which all doctors say helps keep you strong year round – making this a good dish to serve any time! Aim to eat some Vitamin C every single day because it is also known as ascorbic acid, and is a common antioxidant in all your favorite fruits.

The best thing about Baked Cinnamon Apples is that they’re simple to make. Just prepare the apples, cinnamon, and ghee, wrap them up, pop them in the oven. You’ll be enjoying a healthy treat in as little as 15 minutes!

I like to sprinkle my apples with cinnamon. As well as being the classic baked apple spice, cinnamon is also loaded with antioxidants, and has powerful medicinal qualities. What could be better than enjoying comfort food that is good for your health?

Baked Cinnamon Apples are baked in ghee, which contains full spectrum short, medium, and long chain fatty acids, both unsaturated and saturated – making it the perfect choice for your body. In addition, Ghee contains Omega 3 and Omega 9 essential fatty acids along with vitamins A, D, E and K. With such an amazing range of benefits, why not pick out some delicious apples and get baking today?
